b) Incorrect or Missing Items

c) Change of Mind or Unwanted Items

If you have changed your mind or no longer want the item you purchased:

  • You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Note: Digital goods, downloadable products, perishable items, customized or personalized items, and products marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable” are not eligible for refunds.


3. Refund Timeframes

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

In the case of refunds for canceled or failed transactions, processing times may vary and can take up to 14 business days depending on the payment method.


4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Items that show signs of use or wear and tear.
  • Orders reported after the 7-day return window.
  • Digital/downloadable content and gift cards.
  • Services or subscriptions that have already been rendered or used.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the standard processing period:

7. Order Cancellations

a) Before Shipment

Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the item is shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@buymaze.online with your order number to request a cancellation.

b) After Shipment

Once an item has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may still request a return after receiving the product, following our return policy.


8. Exchange Policy

In lieu of a refund, we also offer exchanges under the following terms:

  • Exchanges are only offered for the same item (if defective) or similar value products (if the original item is no longer in stock).
  • Exchanges must be initiated within the same 7-day window.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

9. Refunds for Discounted or Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items, bundle offers, and promotional products are considered final sale and are non-refundable unless defective.

10. Refund Policy for Digital Products or Services

  • These items are non-refundable once the download/access link has been delivered.

11. Shipping Costs and Refunds
